"Find the future with HVAC&R"
HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR-CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATING EXPO

Organized by the Japan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association, HVAC&R JAPAN 2026 (THE 44TH HEATING, VENTILATING, AIR-CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATING EXPO) will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for four days, from January 27 (Tue) to 30 (Fri), 2026. Cutting-edge technologies and systems as well as the latest products and services will be exhibited, with the main theme being “Find the future with HVAC&R.”

Initiatives to achieve carbon neutrality in 2050 continue to be major issues for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Various technological innovations that contribute to the creation of a sustainable society, including carbon neutrality, are advancing, attracting more attention and increasing expectations. In 2024, the exhibition had many visitors both from Japan and abroad, and the number of visitors reached a record high.

This exhibition will showcase expanded fields of application for world-class energy-saving technologies and heat pump technologies to meet such expectations and new refrigerants, as well as cutting-edge equipment, systems, and services, that contribute to solving a variety of issues, including countermeasures for refrigerant leakage, the utilization of recycled refrigerants, and other cutting-edge technologies related to refrigerants. It will also create opportunities for business matching between exhibiting companies/organizations and visitors.

As the perfect place for business exchanges every two years, the exhibition has been held in two halls until now. This year, the exhibition will be expanded to three halls for the first time, and we are looking forward to your active participation and use of it. We appreciate the support and cooperation of all the parties involved, sponsoring organizations and academic societies, the press, etc.
