Booth Specifications
- One standard booth space is 3m (width) × 3m (depth) × 2.7m (height).
When there is an adjacent booth, the organizer will install a wall between the booths.
In this case, the booth size will be 2.97m (width) × 2.97m (depth). - When there is no adjacent booth, only the booth space will be provided.
- Exhibition fee includes;
- • One booth space
- • Wall between the booths (When there is an adjacent booth)
- • Invitations and poster set
- • Publication of exhibitor information in the official website
- • Publication of exhibitor information in news releases
- Exhibition fee does not include;
- Costs related to delivery and removal of materials, decorations for the booth, tables, chairs, company name display, lighting, power source, etc.

※Members refer to regular members (including a parent, subsidiary or affiliate company of a regular member, having an intention to join the activities of the host organization, the Japan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association (JRAIA)), and associate members of JRAIA.
※The Secretariat provides a booth package with basic materials and decorations necessary for exhibition. For details, please contact the Secretariat. (Approximately 70,000yen per booth is planned.)

※New member incentive applies to companies and organizations that will join JRAIA in FY2023. The incentive also applies when associate members switch to regular members.
- Rules for Registration Including Method of Determining Booth Locations
- Booth locations will be determined by the organizer in consideration of various factors such as the number of booths registered by respective exhibitors, past participation results of the exhibitors, and exhibition contents.
- The organizer may rearrange the booths even after announcement of the booth locations for the realization of a more effective exhibition.
- In this case, the exhibitors may not claim compensation from the organizer for the change of booth location or expenses incurred by the exhibitors caused by the change.
